Skyfall is next on the 13th spy film in the James Bond series, produced by Eon Productions for MGM, Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Directed by Sam Mendes, with the third presentation of Daniel Craig as James Bond and Javier Bardem as Raul Silva, the villain of the film. Skyfall is due for release in the UK on October 26, 2012, which includes IMAX theaters. The film's release will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Bond film series that began with Dr. No in 1962.
